XKCC South-East Group Chat

Hi

I'm new to XKCC and have recently bought a lovely late 2009 XK Convertible 5.0. However, it has a blocked aircon duct so is depositing water in the passenger footwell. I live near Canterbury in Kent and took it to a Jag Specialist in Rochester, but they were reluctant to remove the dash to fix it. Does anyone know of a garage in Kent that has fixed this same problem on other XKs that they would recommend?
